RapidSMS aims to make writing and obtaining code as simple as possible. RapidSMS is written in Python and utilizes the Django framework. All programmers should check out our coding standards before getting started.

For those new to programming, do not  be discouraged.  Join us on the #rapidsms channel on IRC and on our RapidSMS Google Group for assistance with coding. You can also follow our progress in our Issues Database.
